We listened to your feedback and have responded to the concerns on how to improve the processes and make it more user friendly. Reporting Quarter Due: Year 4 Quarter 1 (Apr – Jun 2012)

Due Date: Please complete the forms by July 16, 2012

Important: Please save the report on your hard drive before editing. When complete, save the file with the original file name plus your name. For example if the file name is

Milestones_RptKR_BioIT_y3Q4.xls
--- save as ---
Milestones_RptKR_BioIT_y3Q4yourname.xls

After saving the file to your computer you can upload the file into the current quarter's folder.
