Postdoctoral Scientists Certificate Programs
The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS) offers certificate credit for postdoctoral scientists at UTMB. The certificates and the courses leading up to them carry credits that will be reported on transcripts available through the UTMB Office of the Registrar. Detailed information may be found by visiting the GSBS Certificate Programs website.
GSBS Postdoctoral Certificate Programs include Translational Research Management, Bioinformatics & Systems Biology, Teaching & Mentoring, Advanced Management Skills and Critical Research Skills. For postdoctoral fellows, the certificates require at least 12 credit hours, are generally completed in one year and tuition is supported by the GSBS.
